Aerial Yoga is a combination of traditional yoga with aerial arts. Suspending individual body parts opens your body more gently and intuitively than when you’re on the floor.
This workshop is for complete beginners who have never tried aerial yoga before. So, if you're motivated to kick-start your aerial yoga journey, join this workshop.
PS: There is no height or weight restriction. We believe all body types can flow. (If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please inform the trainer before the class begins)
