To secure your booking, a non-refundable payment of 50% is mandatory. The reservation of your event date will be upheld for a duration of 48 hours. In the event of non-payment within this timeframe, we will regrettably release the reserved date.
Rescheduling requests are considered ONLY if we are informed 15 days before your confirmed booking date. (A new date will be decided as per studio’s availability)
Rescheduling requests made less than 15 days before the event will not be accepted. In such cases, the event will be considered canceled, and the studio will retain 100% of the payment.
By proceeding with the payment and confirming the booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above.
Once the booking is confirmed and the payment is received, no refunds or rescheduling of dates will be entertained. It is the responsibility of the booking party to ensure the availability of participants and commitment to the scheduled date and time.
Refunds will only be given incase of the event being cancelled by the organiser.
